linens are usually ready to ship within 3-5 business days.

all packages are shipped with a tracking number that will enable you to track your package once your shipping label has been created.

symmetry & grace is not responsible for any duty or additional charges that may occur upon the arrival of your package. refusal of the package will be considered lost or abandoned, which will not result in a refund.

please ensure that your address is correct and complete. incorrect and/or incomplete addresses can result in a lost or abandoned package in which symmetry & grace is not responsible for. once the package has shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of symmetry & grace. we do not rectify incorrect or incomplete addresses once they have been entered into the system.
